Orange Blossom Bundt Cake

A moist and zesty orange bundt cake topped with a buttery citrus glaze and a floral finish. Perfect for spring gatherings or teatime.

Whip eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, vanilla extract, and orange rind.

In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add half of the dry ingredients to the whipped egg and sugar mixture and mix on low until just incorporated.

Add the wet ingredients and mix again on low until just incorporated.

Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
